Is Millstead House a wedding venue?
We are not a wedding venue, but we are an ideal lodging option for wedding parties and guests attending nearby weddings at Memory Makers, Heritage Oaks or another local venue!
Can we host a rehearsal dinner or small gathering?
Absolutely! If your venue is not available for rehearsal, or if you’d like o use the property for a. small gathering/shower let us know and we’d love to have your event held here!
Can RVs Park on the property?
They sure can! We can accommodate up to 10 RVs for $20/night. Parking spots are off grid.
Is there WIFI available?
Yes! The house comes with fiber internet for all guests to use
Do you provide linens, towels, firewood, or kitchen items?

Location & Price! Not only does the Old Millstead House give your entire group one place to gather, cook meals together, relax on the porch, and make memories, you’ll also save money and time not booking multiple smaller Airbnbs or hotel rooms.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately due to having other farm animals on the property, no pets please for your stay!
Can families with children stay?
Of course! This house has enjoyed dozens of children throughout the past 140+ years. Kids love it here!
Is smoking permitted?
No smoking in the house please!
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is typically 1pm. Check out is 11am. If you need adjustments accommodate to this, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate
Will we see livestock?
Most likely - yes! We often have cows grazing in the pastures around the property.
